FINAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES;
     Technically he is very competent.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS;
     Responsibly uses equipment – Marvin has never used a gamma camera irresponsibly.
     Marvin has been around just about since the first gamma ray hit a crystal.
     Marvin is well read and up to date and oriented times 3.
     Marvin can identify the evacuation route and the shortest cafeteria route.
     Marvin knows the difference between internal and external disasters.
     Marvin knows the difference between code red, code 99 and code coffee.
HUMAN RELATIONS SKILLS
     Marvin uses both verbal and non-verbal communication a lot!
     Marvin has an exceptional rapport with members, he can talk excessively about
                any subject and ad nauseum much to the patient’s delight.
      Marvin has the ability to put apprehensive and uncomfortable patients at ease
                 and make a medical test actually enjoyable!
      Marvin conforms to the dress code but is a little heavy on the black!
      Marvin is very dependable – he is in the workplace when and where needed and
                 and many times when not expected!  Sometimes it seemed like Marvin
                 would never go home!  Marvin is the only nuclear medicine tech that had
                 his own private room at BK.
MAJOR CHALLENGES AMD PROBLEMS
        Contributes to the team effort by performing his share of work in his own time.
        Marvin work’s in “Marvin Time” not Pacific Standard Time.
        As Marvin himself says, he has two speeds Slow and Reverse.
        It has been a challenge working with Marvin at times, but always an education!
As aways you are on the forefront, being the first of us Nuc Med Tech’s to retire, so don’t
be afraid to show us how it’s done!!
